Cancellation Policy

Let’s face it, life happens! In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

I appreciate 24 hour advance notice when canceling your appointments. That way, another client can schedule your session slot. Unless you have an emergency, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment time. I will collect this during the next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

If you forget about your appointment and don’t show up, you will be charged for that appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you come to your session late, your session will continue to fill whatever time is remaining for your initially scheduled session. You will still need to pay for the entire session. Please be considerate of everyone who’s involved and their time and schedule.

New Booking And Cancellation Policy

New Booking Policy:

Due to Covid-19 and San Diego’s unpredictable flu seasons, the health and safety of my clients and staff is very important to me. If you are experiencing fever, cough, or sore throat cancel your appointment until you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been in close contact with a person infected with Covid-19, a cold or the flu I ask that you please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer contagious. Thank you for understanding health priority concerns as I will do the same for you.

New Cancellation Policy:

I have modified the cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to clients. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations.
